Custom Wood Lockers - SUNY Geneseo Hockey Locker Room

Head coach Chris Schultz met with ProZone at a trade show and decided to make Prozone the manufacturer of choice for the new wood hockey lockers. ProZone was able to offer Coach several different design options to choose from. Ultimately, Geneseo went with a traditional hockey locker design with angled sides. A modern, open feel custom wood locker solution. ProZone worked directly with Coach Schultz and his staff to coordinate manufacturing, design and installation.

 

SUNY Geneseo's Problem:
SUNY Geneseo's old style metal lockers were an eyesore for team players and prospective recruits. Old metal lockers are not functional for most sports locker rooms. Especially in hockey locker rooms where custom lockers need to have special hooks to hang up hockey skates. Geneseo also had time constraints. They came to ProZone late in the offseason and did not have much time before the season started. ProZone was able to adjust their production schedule and fit in Geneseo's hockey lockers without a problem. ProZone will always try to be flexible and is willing to work within the strictest of time constraints.

The ProZone Locker Solution:
ProZone was able to provide Geneseo everything they needed in their wood hockey lockers. Shelving, skate hooks, wardrobe hooks, Lift seat for storage and extra wide goalie lockers. The extra storage space was a great upgrade from their previous lockers which did not have enough space to properly store hockey goalie gear.

Custom hockey lockers were made from maple veneer plywood with maple hardwood edging.

Hockey Wood Locker - Unique Feature:

ProZone also provided SUNY Geneseo with custom team mats for the front of each of their lockers. Team mats are also great to take on the  road for away games. Take them out and use them like you never left your home locker room.
