Custom Wood Lockers - Siena College Women's Basketball Locker Room
Siena College chose ProZone to deliver their new custom wood lockers. ProZone came out and met with head coach Gina Castelli about her basketball wood locker preferences. Coach Castelli went with maple plywood veneer because she believed it was the best wood species for her locker room and complimented her team colors best. Once a design was settled on, manufacturing began.
Siena College's Problem:
A locker room with metal lockers that were an eyesore for a college locker room. To aid in recruiting efforts Siena College realized it needed new basketball wood lockers to show off to recruits.
The ProZone Locker Solution:
With the help of their head coach, ProZone designed custom wood lockers that offered a storage place for everything a basketball player needs. Head Coach Gina Castelli wanted conventional looking basketball wood lockers with straight sides. A clothes rod was added so players could hang their clothes, warmup suits and jackets. A built in Lock box was provided to lock up jewelry and mp3 players. A pull out drawer and hidden upper storage completed these stalls.
Like all of ProZone's Lockers, Siena's basketball wood lockers were constructed using a special UV cured finish. Learn more about why ProZone uses the UV cured finish.

From the head coach:
"We ALL love the lockers…they are an extremely practical storage solution and the players have really kept them in good shape. Our coaches have found them to be a great recruiting tool."
