Football Wood Lockers - Harvard University Football Locker Room

Harvard University came to ProZone Lockers wanting a significant upgrade to their current locker room. ProZone worked directly with the University, Head Coach Tim Murphy and Assistant Athletic Director Jon Lister to develop a custom wood locker that was ideal for their space.

The Problem:
An outdated locker room filled with football wood lockers that were not functional for the needs of today’s athletes. Harvard had custom wood lockers that were built with storage components but the equipment couldn’t fit in to the locker. Often equipment and clothes would be shoved into the locker leaving no chance of it drying. Equipment, clothes and personal items would be scattered throughout random compartments on the locker. Also Harvard's current custom wood lockers had lock boxes that were either too small or not functional anymore.

The Solution:
With the help of their head coach, ProZone designed football wood lockers that offered a storage place for everything a player needs. Football helmets, shoulder pads, Uniforms, warm-up clothes and shoes all had their own space in the new storage lockers.

ProZone manufactured the wood lockers from cherry plywood with cherry hardwood edging. Harvard's football wood lockers were constructed using a special UV cured finish. Learn more about why ProZone uses the UV cured finish. The results were long lasting, durable football wood lockers.

Designed into the custom wood locker was a lift-up seat so clothes, cleats and extra equipment could be stored underneath the locker and out of sight.

Football wood lockers - Unique Feature:

Integrated into these football wood lockers was a keyless lock box, using the Combi-Cam three digit locking system, so athletes could store their valuables without worrying about where to put a key while practicing or playing a game.
