Custom Wood Lockers - Harvard University Women's Hockey Locker Room

Harvard University came to ProZone looking for new hockey wood lockers for their Women's locker room at Bright Hockey Center. ProZone worked directly with head coach Katey Stone to come up with a design that was best for her room space. Harvard also increased the size of the locker room and ProZone worked closely with the construction company to ensure locker room walls, vent openings and ceiling lights were in the correct spots to integrate with the custom wood lockers.

Harvard University's Problem:
Harvard had old, outdated hockey wood lockers that were not up to the modern standards of today's top athletic facilities. The battle for getting top recruits is getting harder and harder and facilities, especially the locker room are a key place for improvement. To attract the nation's top recruits Harvard recognized the need to upgrade their hockey wood lockers, and chose ProZone Lockers to get them there.

The ProZone Locker Solution:
ProZone was able to work with head coach Katey Stone to ensure they got everything they needed in their custom wood lockers. Wardrobe hooks, skate hooks, Lift seat for storage, corner lockers and more. ProZone adjusted the size of some of the lockers to guarantee that they could fit the amount they needed.

ProZone manufactured the hockey wood lockers from maple veneer plywood with maple hardwood edging. Hardwood edging is used on all ProZone Lockers whenever possible. The result was a long lasting, durable hockey wood sports locker. Well placed ventilation slots, ensuring minimal drying time for equipment that was hung up properly.

Hockey Wood Lockers - Unique Feature:

Integrated into the custom wood lockers was a ProZone Media Center. The custom media cented allowed the team to store their new plasma TV, iPod docking station, DVD player and speakers.

The media center also had room for an integrated white board so Coach Stone could draw up plays and game day strategy. It was compelte with a custom made Harvard University Crest on the outside.
